What was the highlight of Oita Regal Hotel
We had a nice stay at Oita Regal Hotel.
The breakfast seemed pretty authentic Japanese and was in a really nice restaurant area of the building. The staff in the restaurant and reception were very nice to us though we can only say simple Japanese words. The hotel has a handy convenience store downstairs and is pretty close to Oita main train station. There are also department stores very close by and many areas to shop.
The room had an unusual arrangement with the lighting which I didn't understand. We were unable to turn off the ceiling light without removing the door key.
